A Repair Shop for Studio City and the East Valley

Most calls into our line start with a symptom, not a diagnosis. The AC runs all afternoon and the house never cools. The condenser hums and the fan never spins. The furnace in a North Hollywood hall closet clicks and gives up. Our job is to get from that symptom to the failed part on the first visit, and to show you the part.

Studio City adds its own wrinkles. Up the hill off Laurel Canyon, condensers sit on benched pads or lower decks with a long line set climbing to the air handler, so a leak can hide at any joint along that run. Down in Valley Village, Magnolia Park, and the Burbank flats, ranch homes often still run their original ductwork, and a warm bedroom is as likely to be a torn duct as a weak AC.

So the trucks carry the parts that fail most often, capacitors, contactors, and the pieces mini split heads need, and many repairs finish the same trip. When a repair is not worth it, say a dead compressor on an old system or a cracked heat exchanger, we tell you plainly and put the replacement option in writing next to the repair.
